Important Announcement for Brobdingnagian Bards Fans
The Brobdingnagian Bards have been amazed and gratified by the outpouring of love and support from their fans over the last 10 years. Marc Gunn and Andrew McKee have had the good fortune to meet interesting people, see new places, and, most importantly, have fun every step of the way throughout their journey together. After much soul searching, the time has come for them to follow their own artistic pursuits for a while.
Bard CDs and Merchandise will still be available for purchase through www.thebards.net and all of the valuable information will still be available. Information on Marc and Andrew's individual projects will be listed on the site and newsletter so please stay tuned for updates.
The Bards greatly appreciate your continued interest in their music and look forward to sharing their music with you for years to come. Thanks again to all of you for your support.
FYI. This will Not affect Bards gigs for the rest of the year.

Hey, good luck for both of you on your solo work. Maybe it is not a bad idea to take a break as a band, but I guess you guys will remain the Brobdingnagian Bards forever.
I'm actually looking forward to hear something more of Andrew's projects.
Take your time guys. I'm sure your fans will not leave you.
Somehow, knowing this was coming didn't make it any easier to hear.
I support you both and will of course continue to be both friend and fan to both of you in the future.
Best wishes always in everything you both do. :-)

Hmmm... not sure what to say except you both know how much I love you! Do what makes you happy! Your niece misses you and says you can swing by when you're in town for FenCon. Funny how my phone has been ringing off the hook since you announced this! :) I remain your loyal P.G. no matter what.

Ehrm, I mean to say... good luck to both of you in your ventures!

Dude, you just made me really sad, but good luck with your separate ventures
