In FOTR, Bilbo Baggins and Frodo Baggins celebrate Bilbo's eleventy-first and Frodo's thirty-third birthday. During this grand celebration of 144 guests (one gross), Bilbo gives a speech, addressing his family and friends before disappearing from The Shire in a grand, unforgettable manner.
